This Tea Party Printables post has been sponsored by Avery and compensation was received for my time in developing the post. All thoughts, ideas & opinions are my own.
This time of year is filled with so many celebrations for women: baby showers, bridal showers, bridal luncheons, mother’s day, and the list goes on. I love that so many people are choosing to have tea parties as their way of celebrating these joyous occasions and I think we may have Pinterest to thank!
My love of tea, and all things pretty led me to design a new batch of printables that can be used at any of these fun springtime parties. How is it that I haven’t already created these? This set includes three components: a menu card, a place card, and a thank you tag. The design was left intentionally ambiguous so that it can be used for any type of event, as long as it revolves around tea!
I tapped into my stash of Avery products and found three that would work perfectly for what I planned to design. The reason I love Avery papers, stickers, tags, etc, is because I am seriously lacking in DIY skills and the less I need to cut, trim, paste, and so on, the less a chance I have of ruining my project. I love that I get to focus on designing, and know that I can depend on my Avery products to print easily for me.
The three Avery products I used for these designs were: 80503, 80504 and 80505.
Both the place cards and menus can be customized using Avery.com/print or Adobe Reader if you plan to print using your own products to make your tea party truly one-of-a kind.
I may have had just a tad too much fun coming up with this menu. While it was created solely for this blog post, I think I actually need to host my own tea party to have an excuse to consume all those goodies.
Since the thank you tags have no mention of tea whatsoever, they can be used for any other sort of party favor!
Printing and assembly is super easy, especially if you are using the Avery products I mentioned in this post. Don’t have Avery products on hand? No problem at all. I’ve also provided you with files you can use to print using your own paper.
{ PRINTING USING AVERY PRODUCTS }
Download the files below, and upload to Avery.com/print. Choose to “Open a Saved Project from Your Computer” and open the file. You can customize (if you wish) and print. You can print using the corresponding products, or Avery will print them for you!

{ PRINTING USING YOUR OWN PRODUCTS }
I suggest printing on card stock or paper with a bit more weight to it for all three designs. Use a good pair of scissors or a ruler and x-acto knife to trim and fold. The Menu Cards and Place Cards can be formatted with your own text using Adobe Reader. For more information on how to format your text, please check out this post.
