I’m SO very excited to be sharing this extra-special printable with you today! A few months back I connected with Miss Lauren, from The Thinking Closet. Anybody who has read Lauren’s blog knows that she is not only a super-creative gal, but also incredibly friendly and enthusiastic about all that she does. All this, plus she loves Broadway and theater which automatically puts you into the ultra-awesome zone in my book.
Lauren told me about an upcoming project she had in the works and asked if I would want to contribute. Of course I did! Especially because she would be the one doing all the hard work and heavy lifting. All I had to do was design a little printable to display on her gorgeous new desk!
She gave me a few quotes/verses that spoke to her and let me pick one to design. Since I knew that her room had a nautical vibe, I thought that the Hebrews 6:19 verse she suggested would be just perfect.
I love not only the color palette (chosen by Lauren to match her new desk), but the amazing message of this bible verse. After seeing it framed, I think this would make such an easy and special gift! As you know I love to do, Lauren and I are sharing this piece of printable art with you to either hang in your own home, or to share with a loved one.
Here is a shot of Lauren’s entire desk (which she has recently completely re-vamped). You will definitely want to check out her post on how this beauty came to be.
In a follow up post, she also shares how she created this stunning pattern on the side of her desk, using a stencil!
She even shares her painting endeavors with us in this post. I’m beyond obsessed with the teal color she used!
She wraps up her series with a post on Desk Styling 101! It’s always the little details that make a big impact.
Lauren shares lots and lots of creative projects like the ones you have seen above + so much more! You can follow along with all of her adventures here: Facebook // Twitter // Pinterest // Google+ // Instagram
Thank you Lauren, for sharing your new artwork!
