“Gatsby week” may be over, but style and opulence of this time period continue to woo me. I love this South Florida based shoot, photographed by Liz Dikinson Photography and styled by an amazing team of vendors. Liz shares more details about this lovely style shoot:
This shoot came together in a matter of days with an incredible team of vendors at the helm who began working on details as soon as they were contacted. The afternoon was bright + beautiful (yet very, very hot) in South Florida. We shot in the late afternoon in order to make sure we took full advantage of the perfect combination of peering light and shadows created by the little corner of rich foliage we found inside of Indian Hammocks Park. The shoot details the opening of this wedding’s reception, once our bride and groom have married. They lounge in a parlor-like room in an outdoor nook right before posing for stunning bridal portraits. As they welcome wedding guests, they grab a drink of pink lemonade and sample some of the desserts on the opulent dessert table. After, the escape to an open field for a few moments alone as the sun sets!
