I’m always especially excited to share celebrations involving my own family. Since my sister’s wedding last year, those posts have started to dwindle, which is why I’m bursting with smiles over these adorable photos from my sweet cousin Ella’s second birthday party! Little Ella was born right around July 4th, so what better way to celebrate, than with a “Red, White and Two”, Patriotic-themed party?
Ella’s mom, (my cousin Krista) asked if I could design some paper goods for the big day, starting with a happy birthday sign they used to welcome guests in, and later displayed on their table of treats. I love the collection of red, white and blue goodies and the way they were displayed in different sized apothecary jars!
I also designed a couple tent cards that were placed in front of their drinks and snacks.
Photo booths are my absolute favorite tradition now, and I love how they are finding their way into more and more celebrations. I created some patriotic signs, that were paired up with red white and blue props for all of Ella’s guests to have fun with!
I don’t think I need to go into how adorable this munchkin is…
In addition to capturing all these beautiful photos, our cousin Sarah contributed, by baking some delicious ice-cream cone cupcakes and used my free printable patriotic party flags to top them!
Here are a few more looks at the goodies:
When the party came to an end, Ella’s guests were sent home with the perfect gift to kick off the summer— a make your own s’mores kit. I loved designing these sweet gift tags that were tied on with those adorable polka dot ribbons!
I’m so happy that Krista and Sarah were willing to share this perfect day with us! Love you, cousins!
