I’m not one of those people who is going to pretend that I don’t like getting presents. I love it. And I also love giving them! While I used to absolutely dread wrapping gifts (because they always looked like they were done by a five year old), I’ve come around to refining my skills and now actually enjoy it. Gift-wrapping has almost become an art form in itself, and I’ve become a little obsessed with discovering all the different ways to package your presents in prettiness.
While wrapping paper makes my heart go pitter-patter, I also love the look of using simple craft paper, and then embellishing with ribbons, stickers, string, (and I’ve even seen some people use feathers)! If you’ve been reading this blog for awhile, you know that I keep these Avery 2″ stickers on hand for just about every holiday. Remember these, from Halloween? I designed a new batch of Christmasy stickers to use this year, AND discovered that Avery has a new (at least new to me) type of wraparound sticker that I just had to try out.
The Wraparound variety has a few different uses, like addressing your envelopes or creating a one-of-a-kind gift tag (which would be perfect for a wedding, or shower favor). As somebody who lives far from her family and doesn’t get to be there for every holiday, I know how special it is to receive a package from people who let you know how much they are missing you. If you are shipping gifts to family and friends who you won’t get to see this Christmas, these brand new wraparound labels I designed will be absolutely perfect to stick on your shipping boxes.
Even if you aren’t shipping your gifts, you can still use the wraparounds to decorate your regular gifts! With nine sticker round sticker designs and four wraparound designs, you can mix and match and have enough to cover all of your wrapping.
Printing and using the stickers are super easy. Simply download the free downloads below, save to your computer, and open in your favorite PDF Reader ( Adobe Reader is a free download, if you don’t have one). Load #22807 Print-to-the-Edge Round Label paper or 08217 Wraparound Labels into your printer (can be laser or ink jet), and print from your PDF Reader program. You may need to experiment as to which way the sticker paper feeds through your printer since they are all different, so save yourself a few extra sheets for testing.
You can also print easily from Avery’s website! Download the .avery files I’ve provided at the bottom of the post and save it to your computer. Then go to avery.com/open to open the file using Avery Design & Print Online. Personalize the design (if you wish) and then print!
Don’t have any stickers? No problem. I included a second PDF below with the circles and label outlined, which you can either print on 8.5 x 11 adhesive paper and trim out yourself, OR you can print on regular printer paper, trim out and attach using double sided tape or your tape gun.
These stickers will pair perfectly with the printable gift tags that I’ll be sharing soon. The best way to make sure you don’t miss out on these or any of the many freebies that I share is to hop on the mailing list, which you can do right here.
