Decorating used to be a big pain in the butt. I used to seriously stress myself out, standing in the poster store at the mall, flipping through those giant cellophane-wrapped, cardboard backed prints, trying to decide on the perfect piece of art for my walls. Do those poster stores even exist anymore? Part of the stress was rooted in trying to decide whether to spend my babysitting money on my favorite movie of the moment, or on a 24 x 36 of Prince William. The other part was knowing that I’d undoubtably get sick of either. Maybe this is what got me started on creating my own artwork.
Since I started designing printable art, there is no more pressure to feel stuck with my purchase. I freely swap out prints whenever I am in the mood for something different, and best of all, I don’t have to spend a cent. If you are paralyzed at the thought of putting something new on your walls, printables are for you— and today, I’m sharing two gems that will be a perfect addition to your home.
The first print is for my fellow peeps who find pure joy in spending a Friday night home on the couch, with takeout and a good tv series lined up in the old Netflix queue. The second print would make a perfect addition to your bedroom or on a gallery wall in your great room/family room. You may even want to think about pairing the two prints together as a wedding, bridal shower, engagement or anniversary gift!
