While I’m not a mom with kids going back to school, I totally get the importance of planning ahead to keep things running smoothly. Even in our little family of two, meals tend to go by the wayside when I don’t intentionally figure out what we will be eating for the week.
You may have already downloaded this meal planner that I shared at the beginning of the year, but I decided to create a new version with healthy eating in mind. I like to think of this not only as a meal planner but accountability for eating a balanced diet. If you eat the way I do (always hungry), you’ll especially appreciate the “snack” column. I plan on filling mine with items like cut up veggies, smoothies, and nuts and fruit instead of reaching for the item in my pantry that has the highest amount of sugar in it. My sweet tooth won’t know what hit it. 😉
