Fall is officially here and we have entered the time of year that seems to bring one celebration after another. The Woodland theme has been popping up everywhere lately in decor, celebrations, and even clothing. I love this style for fall because it can be used throughout the entire season—from September and through Thanksgiving. Plus who can resist adorable furry creatures?
My friends at Avery know that I love creating party printables, and they were awesome enough to send me a package of paper goodies to use for this display. They saved me time, and more importantly, the hassle of sizing, measuring and trimming everything out.
I used their tent cards to create little signs in front of a few of the food items, including the basket of fresh apples, seen above and below. The little ceramic fox, from Target (where else), is actually a salt shaker. The little holes in his head were standing out a little bit too much for me in this shot, so I photoshopped them out.
I had never used Avery’s bag toppers before, but now I’m hooked! Not only does the package include the adhesive toppers, but also the bags themselves. Assembling them were ridiculously easy.
I found these glass canning jars at World Market awhile ago, and fell in love with them, hoping I could find a way to incorporate them into one of my upcoming projects. They ended up being the perfect fit for a s’mores station. The little owl friend is another salt shaker from Target.
Popcorn is my favorite snack, so that was finding a way into this party table no matter what! I found these great mini bags in the dollar section at Target and added some cute stickers. I’ve been using Avery stickers for years now and love coming up with new designs and creative ways to use them.
What display would be complete without a sign? With all the little Woodland elements scattered throughout the spread, I like to think that this piece of art ties it all together. If you aren’t planning to throw a party, you can still put this print up for display in your home for the season.
My mom always had apple cider in our house every fall, and would love to drink it cold, or hot (with some cinnamon, yum!) I was planning on just pouring them into glasses or mugs, but then I found these awesome milk bottles. Target for the win (again).
My style is not very rustic, but I fell in love with this awesome cake stand from World Market. Any excuse to make cake, I take. For this project, I took the easy way out with a stack of doughnuts instead. I had to dig my ceramic deer from my Christmas storage, but he was happy to make an appearance.
I don’t claim to be a party planner, but I really love the way this spread came out. The best part is, the entire thing was so simple to put together!
