Hi there! I’m Michelle, a graphic designer, blogger and the creator of Elegance & Enchantment and Enchanted Prints. The first inception of this blog started as an extension of my invitation and stationery business and evolved into a place where I can share all of my creative endeavors and be a source of encouragement.
My hubby James and I are both native New Yorkers, and lived in Central Connecticut for five years before relocating to the Sunshine State, where we now live with our three adorable kitties. Since warm weather and Walt Disney World are two of my favorite things (and golf being James’ favorite thing), Florida has proven to be the perfect spot for us.
I feel extremely blessed to have this “job”, and thank God every day for the amazing life he has given me. I’m a huge believer in doing what you love, following your dreams and practicing acts of kindness and gratitude along the way.
You can find your weekly dose of inspiration through my Motivation Monday art printables (over 75 designs and counting) in addition to the many free printables I share for holidays, weddings, parties, and home decor. Being a typography enthusiast, you can expect to come across lots of font love on my blog, including freebies, sales and collections of my favorites.
While I’m a professionally trained designer, I’m a self-taught blogger and entrepreneur. It’s a career that I cannot recommend enough! If you have ever thought about starting your own blog or creative business, I’d love to get you on your way with these resources.
Now that you’ve gotten to know me a little better, I would love to get to know YOU! I love connecting with fellow bloggers, designers. crafters and readers. The best way to make sure you get access to all of my free designs and resources is to hop on my mailing list, which you can do right here. Come follow along all my social media outlets and let me know where you are at so I can follow you back!
Just a little disclaimer that I’m a graphic designer who attempts to write and take photos, but I don’t claim to be either a writer or a photographer. You will come across grammatical and spelling errors on this blog, in addition to photos that look like they could use some help from a professional. I hope that you will overlook these flaws, and in the meantime, I will continue to try my best to master these two skills!
